Are you passionate about test automation? We're hiring an experienced Test Automation Engineer to enhance the testing efforts across the platform of an exciting challenger bank.
The role.
As a Test Automation Engineer, you can expect varied and challenging work where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will be
- Test Coverage: Collaborate with engineers to plan and improve test coverage. Create and implement test strategies for new and existing features.
- Test Stability: Manage test pipeline issues and work to resolve flaky tests and bugs.
- Tooling and Environments: Improve test tools and processes. Gain expertise in tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Task Management: Own and manage tasks, aligning with team goals.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document and share your knowledge within the team.
- Leadership: Advocate for high standards and best practices. Lead product analysis and improvements.
Collaborate with Product Teams:
- Lead analysis for backend technologies.
- Develop dashboards and define success metrics.
- Execute A/B tests to improve user experience.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and review high-performing teams.
Elevate the Products:
- Identify and analyze improvement opportunities.
- Create actionable insights from large datasets.
About you.
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer with banking sector experience. You will also have the following skills and responsibilities.
- Solid experience in test automation with experience in coding in either Java/Kotlin/Ruby/Python.
- Experience with Git and Selenium-based tools like Capybara.
- Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, GCP, or AWS.
- Familiar with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Skills in writing and executing test scripts for various platforms.
- Able to define and document regression testing scenarios.
- Familiar with Jira and XRAY plugin.
