To support a growing client list and with fantastic year on year growth, we are hiring a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to work with our small, dynamic team in Bristol.

The role.

You will work closely with our senior fee earners to create resourcing plans for top data, digital and technology roles. This will involve carrying out detailed research as well as extensive use of social media and database tools.

You will create effective campaigns to build talent pools and identify key decision makers across the data, digital and technology space.

As a curious person, you will have a natural interest in people and a desire to work with clients across the full digital eco-system.

About you.

The role requires a blend of marketing and recruitment skills and you will be exceptionally well supported by the team.

You will need to have a resourceful and determined nature, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial awareness.

Most importantly, you will have a desire to succeed!

We are based in a converted warehouse in the heart of Bristol’s Digital Quarter at Temple Meads and we have created a fully flexible working environment where we harness industry-leading tech innovations combined with a fantastic team ethos.

You can expect to earn an OTE of £35,000 in your first year, comprising of a generous basic salary and bonus.
